In honor of Men’s Health Month, WSAV in Savannah, Georgia, conducted their recurring local news segment, “Community Corner” interview that highlighted the value of routine checkups and preventive care for men. Dr. Jamal Lawrence, the founder and CEO of Harvest Health MD, talked about the health dangers of postponing care as well as typical reasons why men tend to avoid going to the doctor. The interview inspired men to take charge of their health, and it helped spread awareness about avoidable health problems.
