Townsquare Stations Make Hometown “A Litter Bit Better”

From April 30 -May 8, Townsquare Media radio stations in Rochester, Minn., partnered with the Rochester Neighborhood Resource Center’s “A Litter Bit Better” campaign to pick up litter around the city in a spring cleaning event.In 2021, the campaign picked up more than 8,780 pounds of trash.

“It’s always amazing to me just how much trash, garbage and other junk gets tossed into the snow along the roads and highways during our Minnesota winter,” said Quick Country 96.5’s Curt St. John. “And all that stuff is still there now after the snow has melted, and needs to be picked up.”
