94.7 WMAS, Audacy-owned station in Springfield, Mass., raised $226,926.50 in its 21st annual “94.7 WMAS Radiothon for Baystate Children’s Hospital.” Over the course of two days, listeners pledged their support for the hospital. Holding fundraisers for local organizations is one of the many ways broadcasters give back to their communities.
