KOAT-TV, Hearst’s ABC affiliate in Albuquerque, is helping collect coats for children during its annual KOATs for Kids coat drive. KOAT has collected coats for more than 30 years, supporting the physical, emotional and social needs of children. This year marks a shift for the drive, starting earlier to expedite getting coats to children before the bitter cold sets in across northern New Mexico.
