KTTC Highlights Free Community Event Hosted by Police Department

Gray Television’s NBC/CW affiliate KTTC Rochester, Minn., highlighted a free community event hosted by the Rochester Police Department (RPD) in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month. Held at a local elementary school, the event focused on building community connections and featured food, bouncy houses, police cars and fire trucks. "This is an opportunity to not only celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, but also build positive connections between law enforcement and the Hispanic and Latino Community," said RPD Chief Jim Franklin.
