Fox-owned WAGA-TV Atlanta launched a new half-hour show, The Road to November, on February 14 that will air every Friday evening in prime time. WAGA covers the week’s key news on the presidential race, Georgia’s two U.S. Senate races, and several key U.S. House of Representative races in the Atlanta area. It also features commentary from political analysts and in-depth interviews with candidates.
“2020 is shaping up to be an unusual and consequential year in politics, both nationally and in the state of Georgia,” said WAGA General Manager Bill Schneider. “This program will fulfill the crucial role of condensing the most critical stories of the perpetual political news cycle for our viewers.”
