Cox Media Group’s KWEN-FM, KRAV-FM and Fox-affiliate KOKI-TV Tulsa, OK., helped raise nearly $200,000 during the annual St. Jude 5k Walk/Run on September 21. This amount contributed to the more than $1.4 million Cox Media Group’s Tulsa stations have raised for St. Jude in 2019.

KWEM-FM hosts Cash & Bradley partnered with KOKI-TV anchor Michelle Lim to emcee the walk and recruit listeners to donate. KWEN-FM also offered tickers to a private concert for anyone who raised more than $95.

“We are passionate about the mission of St. Jude and are always looking for new ways to get people involved and fundraising to help advance cures for childhood cancer,” said KWEN Director of Programming and Branding Matt Bradley. “Now we are looking forward to celebrating the walk’s success at [the] private Jimmie Allen concert with all of the walk’s top fundraisers.”
