Cox Media Group’s (CMG) KKBQ-FM, KGLK-FM, KHPT-FM and KTHT-FM Houston raised $625,000 during a radiothon held December 13 – 14 for pediatric cancer research, patient care and education at Texas Children’s Hospital.

“Giving back to our community means more to everyone at CMG Houston than just about anything else we do. Our on-air talent and behind-the-scenes crew worked 30-plus hours over two days, fighting through fatigue, tears, and pain, to help raise money for pediatric research and care,” said Director of Operations Johnny Chiang. “Today, TCH patients and their families are a little better off because of my team, and there are no words to describe how proud I am of them.”
