Alpha Media’s WPBG-FM Peoria, Ill., raised $246,450 during the “Drive for Miracles” held December 6 -7 for the OSF HealthCare Children’s Hospital of Illinois. In 18 years, WPBG has raised more than $4 million dollars for the full-service hospital that treats all children, regardless of their ability to pay.
“This has become a true labor of love for all of us,” said Market Manager Mike Wild. “It’s a genuine passion that is wonderfully supported by our generous listeners and an outstanding philanthropic community!”
