Jackson Radio Works’ WKHM-AM/FM Jackson, Mich. partnered with Walmart for its annual toy drive benefitting Toys for Tots on December 9. While broadcasting live from 6:00-9:00 a.m. onsite at the local Walmart, area citizens made cash and toy donations. To aid this effort, Walmart offered 10 percent off the entire toy department for those wishing to make a donation. Over $8,000 in toys and monetary donations was raised.
