Capitol Broadcasting’s NBC affiliate WRAL-TV Raleigh hosted a debate on May 19 for candidates for U.S. House from N.C.’s 2nd district. During the hour-long debate, incumbent Rep. Renee Ellmers, Rep. George Holding, whose 13th District moved during redistricting, and Dr. Greg Brannon discussed North Carolina’s controversial House Bill 2, presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump, immigration reform and the Affordable Care Act.
