Scripps’ ABC affiliate KNXV-TV Phoenix raised $540,000 for Phoenix Children’s Hospital, in a telethon held April 12. All donations from the telethon go directly to patient care. As Arizona’s only licensed children’s hospital, Phoenix Children’s will treat one in four Arizona children within a five year period.
