CBS Radio’s KKHH-FM Houston and Gulf Coast Educators Federal Credit Union (GCEFCU) surprised elementary school teacher Rafael Carballo with $500 for school supplies on November 19. KKHH morning show host Sarah Pepper launched the "Sarah Pepper Cares" initiative so local students can nominate teachers each month.
