Emmis Communications’ WBLS-FM, WQHT-FM and WLIB-AM New York partnered with Geico and Fedelis Healthcare this past holiday season to gather collect coasts for local communities. The third annual “Spread the Warmth” Coat Drive collected new and gently worn coats to support New York Cares, the New York City’s largest volunteer management organization that runs programs for around 1,300 nonprofits, public schools, and city agencies. The staff of WBLS, WQHT, and WLIB was on-site during the drive giving away prizes and entertaining the holiday shoppers that donated. Click here to see the recap video.
