WMGK-FM Helps Women in Need Dress for Success

Greater Media’s WMGK-FM Philadelphia’s midday DJ, Debbi Calton, and the Parx Casino staff collected gently-used women’s business attire for Dress For Success Philadelphia. The program assists disadvantaged women who want to transition back into the workforce by providing clothing for job interviews, career development training and a financial literacy program. More than 75 percent of the women that utilize Dress For Success Philadelphia retain jobs for at least a year. In 2011, the program helped over 3,000 women in the Greater Philadelphia area.
