Young Broadcasting Inc.’s WKRN-TV Nashville donated its news set to Summit High School’s media production program. Members of the WKRN-TV’s team visited the set, answered students’ questions and offered advice on entering the media field.
"I don’t know that the enormity of News 2’s generosity can be fully realized," said Summit Principal Dr. Charles Farmer. "To provide us with their ’retired’ set is like icing on the cake to an already amazing media production setup. Our kids are appreciative of the opportunities afforded them by organizations like News 2."
