Clear Channel’s WOAI-AM Collected $152,686 for San Antonio’s Children

Clear Channel’s WOAI-AM San Antonio hosted the station’s 16th annual radiothon and silent auction to raise money for San Antonio’s Elf Louise Christmas Project, which provides holiday presents to 20,000 local children. On December 4 and 5, WOAI-AM broadcast live from the North Star Mall and featured appearances from Clear Channel-San Antonio radio personalities, along with District Attorney Susan Reed and Archbishop Gustavo Garcia-Siller. The station successfully raised $152,686. Since 2007, the event has collected more than $700,000. Click here to watch a YouTube video of the radiothon.
