Spanish Broadcasting System’s KRZZ-FM San Francisco raised over $490,796 during the 11th annual “La Raza Radiothon” on December 6 and 7 for the UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital.

“From the radio leadership to the DJ’s energy to the social media coordination, the success of the event was only made possible by the hard work and dedication from each staff member,” said General Manager Christian De La Cruz. “One hundred percent of the money raised will go back to helping the patients and families at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals in Oakland and allow us to care for all children in the Bay Area, regardless of their family’s ability to pay.”
