WDIV-TV Honors Vets, Gives Voice to Local Musicians

Graham Media Group’s NBC affiliate WDIV-TV Detroit held a live broadcast of the 57th Annual Ford Fireworks on June 22nd. The fireworks, dubbed as one of Detroit’s hallmark summer events, honors veterans and the relationship between the United States and Canada. The “Super Singer” competition, in which five local singers compete for a $2,500 cash prize and a front-of-the-line pass to audition for NBC’s “The Voice” was also held at the fireworks.
