KTRK Hosts ’Police & Our Communities of Color’ Town Hall

ABC-owned KTRK Houston hosted a one-hour virtual town hall on June 4 to discuss the relationship between law enforcement and communities of color. The special examined police issues that have extended from the Civil Rights Movement to the wake of George Floyd’s arrest and death. Panelists included Houston’s Mayor and Chief of Police and a variety of community activists.

KTRK hosted an additional town hall addressing racism and social justice on June 15.
