Townsquare Tuscaloosa Raises Money for Fallen Officer’s Family

Townsquare Media’s WQRR-FM, WFFN-FM, WTUG-FM, WTBC-FM, WTUG-FM, WTSK-FM and WTID-FM Tuscaloosa, Ala., have raised over $8,000 for the family of Investigator Dornell Cousette, a police officer killed on Sept. 16 in the line of duty. Cousette is survived by two daughters and a fiancée. All donated proceeds will benefit a scholarship fund for his children

The eight station cluster reached the original $5,000 goal on their GoFundMe page in under a day and has been recognized by Tuscaloosa Mayor Walt Maddox.
