Democrat Gretchen Whitmer and Republican Bill Schuette will appear in two gubernatorial debates this month. Nexstar’s NBC affiliate WOOD-TV Grand Rapids will host the first debate on October 12. Graham’s NBC affiliate WDIV Detroit will host the second on October 24. Each debate will air live and stream online.
